Skills and Responsibilities
- Promotes credit and loyalty programs
- Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor
- Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy
- Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer
- Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Multi-tasks and responds appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Lifts heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
