This position is for an Associate with 5+ years of experience in the Real Estate group at Burr & Forman LLP's Charleston, SC office.
Responsibilities
- Handle M&A, venture capital, or commercial real estate lending matters.
- Provide high-quality client service.
- Conduct thorough research and write legal documents.
- Organize and analyze complex information effectively.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree and membership in the applicable state bar association.
- Strong academic credentials and professional skills.
