Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, fun, and upbeat guest engagement tailored to each unique experience
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including:
  • Elevated coffee experience (lattes, espressos, frappes, etc.)
  • Limited alcohol selection (signature cocktails, wine, mocktails for team members 21+ years old)
• Handle cash and balance drawers
• Check guests in and out for services and products
• Promptly assess guests' needs and proactively provide solutions
• Perform daily opening and closing duties
• Assist with salon cleanliness: dusting, stocking, loading/unloading dishwasher
• Maintain compliance with company standards, state health board, and alcohol service requirements

Requirements

• Upbeat individual with a fashion-forward appearance
• Ability to stand/walk for the majority of scheduled shifts
• Adaptability to change and tech-savviness
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
• 21+ years old (preferred)
• Ability to lift 20 lbs
• Must be able to walk, stand, squat, and bend
• Customer service or serving experience is a plus
• Availability for 25+ hours per week; full-time positions available
