Responsibilities

  • Patient Welcome & Check-In/Out: Greet patients warmly, manage digital patient forms, minimize wait times, and create an exceptional first and last impression.
  • High-Volume Phone & Schedule Management: Answer incoming calls efficiently, handle patient inquiries, and strategically schedule and confirm appointments to optimize daily doctor and hygiene production.
  • Treatment Coordinating Support: Present treatment plans seamlessly, answer basic scheduling questions, and conduct timely post-op calls to ensure top-tier clinical follow-through.
  • Insurance Verification & Claims: Run detailed, proactive insurance coverage checks prior to patient visits to ensure transparent pricing estimates and maximize patient benefits. Prepare, submit, and track dental claims.
  • Financial Operations: Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), process patient payments, collect co-pays chairside/at checkout, handle billing inquiries, and assist with daily financial balancing.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in a dental front office environment is highly preferred.
  • Insurance Savvy: Proven familiarity with dental insurance verification, tracking claims, and navigating insurance portals is a massive plus.
  • Fast-Paced Excellence: You thrive in a busy, multi-provider office setup, possess strong problem-solving skills, and can pivot quickly without losing your attention to detail.
  • Communication Superpower: You have a positive, professional, and empathetic phone presence, and you love working collaboratively with both the clinical and front office teams.
  • Tech-Fluent: Strong computer skills; experience with mainstream dental practice management software (such as Dentrix) is highly advantageous.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Pay

$20.00 - $24.00/hour (Based on Experience) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus!

Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM
