About the role
Step into a key role at our growing HealthSource Chiropractic clinic as the first point of contact for every patient; and the person who helps guide them through their journey to better health.
This is not a traditional front desk job. You’ll be the face of the clinic, a trusted guide for patients, and a critical part of helping people commit to and stay on their care plans while supporting the growth of a thriving practice.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily flow of the clinic
- Conduct financial consultations and present care plans to new patients
- Help patients understand their treatment options and commit to care
- Support patient retention and visit plan compliance
- Handle payments, insurance verification, and collections accurately
- Maintain a smooth, organized, and positive front office environment
- Support clinic marketing and community outreach efforts
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, medical office, chiropractic, dental, or high-end retail/hospitality
- Strong communication skills and natural confidence with people
- Comfortable discussing finances and guiding decision-making conversations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive, energetic, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-comfortable with scheduling systems and office tools
- Team player who takes ownership and thrives on results

$50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
Schedule
Monday–Friday schedule with limited Saturday community events (4–6 per year)
