About the role
DeVaughn James Injury Lawyers is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service Specialist. Our receptionists assist clients who come into the office as well as adjusters, clients, and medical providers on the phone. We focus on meeting the needs of our clients as they complete medical treatment following a personal injury incident.
This is a full-time position in a positive, fun work environment. We currently have a team of over 130 people and are looking for individuals who will fit our firm goals and culture. Responsibilities
- Handle in-person client interactions at the front desk
- Manage phone communications with clients, adjusters, and medical providers using a multi-line phone system
- Ensure excellent customer service for clients undergoing medical treatment after personal injury incidents
- Learn new tasks and processes daily

Pay
$15.50 – $16.50 per hour. Proficiency in both English and Spanish may be considered for additional compensation in recognition of language skills.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm or 8:30 am–5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
