About the role
Maintains confidential medical records and other sensitive information.
Schedules patient appointments and collects payments.
Processes and distributes incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail (including faxes).
Daily reconciles payments and adjustments.
Ensures timely and accurate message relaying on the phone.

Requirements
- Customer service skills [Required]
- Effective communication over the phone and in person [Required]
- General clerical skills [Required]
- Associate degree [Preferred]
- High school diploma or equivalent [Required]
- One year of experience [Required]
- One year of position-related experience [Preferred]
- Physical requirements as outlined in the physical requirements document.
