Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and families with high energy, warmth, and professionalism as they arrive at our practice.
  • Handle multi-line phone calls with ease, schedule appointments, and answer patient questions about their orthodontic visits.
  • Guide families through registration, verify contact/insurance details in our computer system, and keep daily operations organized.
  • Work alongside an amazing group of teammates while rotating between our local Reno-area practice locations.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of customer service or front office administrative experience preferred (dental or medical office background is a bonus!), but entry-level applicants with great energy are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, multi-line phone handling, and keen attention to detail.
  • An enthusiastic team player who brings positive energy, loves helping people, and is eager to learn and grow in healthcare.
  • This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a routine pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly adhere to CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety standards.

Pay

$16.00 per hour flat base rate.
