Responsibilities

• Handle all front office functions including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance claims.

• Travel between multiple locations as needed to support the practice's operations.
• Communicate effectively with all staff and management, both verbally and in writing.
• Organize and manage patient information efficiently to maintain accurate records.
• Use strong PC skills to learn and use new programs as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a professional, medical, or dental setting with direct customer service.
