Responsibilities
- Create exceptional first impressions by delivering Legendary Hospitality to every resident, family member, guest, and vendor.
- Serve as the hub of daily community operations, balancing front desk responsibilities, incoming calls, resident needs, and administrative priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage multiple administrative and operational responsibilities while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Cook up resident transportation by managing schedules, appointments, community outings, and last-minute changes with efficiency and professionalism.
- Partner closely with Drivers and community leaders to quickly solve scheduling challenges and ensure transportation services run smoothly while keeping residents at the center of every decision.
- Adapt to changing priorities throughout the day, responding to unexpected requests with a positive attitude, sound judgment, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Requirements
- Experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A heart for serving others and creating meaningful experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling tools.
- Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Pay
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
