Front Desk Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests as they enter the facility
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Check-in members, verify memberships, and process payments accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Auxiliary tasks such as data entry and filing as needed

Qualifications

• Basic Computer Skills
• Administrative Experience
• Customer Database Experience
• Customer Service Experience
• US Work Authorization
