Responsibilities
- Greet guests and perform check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage phone and online reservations
- Provide information about rooms, rates, amenities, and local attractions
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions or concerns
- Cook up a memorable guest stay by coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are guest-ready
- Upsell room upgrades and hotel amenities
- Maintain accurate reservation and payment records
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Experience with hotel software (RoomMaster a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
