Front Desk Associate

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and perform check-in/check-out procedures
  • Manage phone and online reservations
  • Provide information about rooms, rates, amenities, and local attractions
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions or concerns
  • Cook up a memorable guest stay by coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are guest-ready
  • Upsell room upgrades and hotel amenities
  • Maintain accurate reservation and payment records

Qualifications

  • Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred
  • Experience with hotel software (RoomMaster a plus)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
