Front Desk Associate

As a Member Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for selling memberships, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a leadership position. Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine wellness care
• Build strong relationships with dog parents and provide outstanding customer service
• Promote and schedule first-time visits to introduce customers to our services
• Oversee appointment scheduling working closely with other member associates and the back-of-house operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
• Ensure dog safety protocols are always followed to provide a stress-free experience for pets

Requirements

• A sales and customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping customers make informed decisions
• Proactive and coachable, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and people skills to engage with customers and build relationships
• A passion for dog wellness and safety
• Retail, hospitality, or membership-based sales experience is a plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or membership-based sales is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
