About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Retro Fitness. This position involves selling memberships, smoothies, and supplements, resolving billing issues, and managing the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Sell memberships, smoothies, supplements, and personal training
- Answer questions and resolve billing issues
- Track front desk activity and keep the area clean and stocked
- Support day-to-day operations and maintain team communication
- Create a welcoming and professional experience for all members and guests
Requirements
- Customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Comfortable with upselling and assisting members
- Organized, energetic, and positive attitude
- Flexible schedule and opportunity for advancement
