About the role
The Front Desk Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. This includes greeting guests, managing check-in/check-out procedures, and ensuring the safety and comfort of all individuals within the community.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and residents warmly upon arrival
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas
- Handle emergencies and security situations as needed
- Communicate effectively with other staff members and external vendors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Previous experience working in a residential setting is a plus
