Front Desk Associate
About the role
Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Associate to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff, handling questions and concerns efficiently
- Receive emergency calls from residents and staff and dispatch appropriate personnel; page on-call physicians as needed in an accurate and calm manner
- Maintain emergency pull cord monitoring for Independent Living residents
- Track and manage resident status, including hospitalizations and deaths
- Manage resident lists and maintain accurate census information
- Log and distribute resident packages and inter-office mail
Requirements
- Receptionist experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of basic computer operations

Pay
$17.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
