About the role
As the first point of contact for residents, family members, and candidates, you'll set the tone for their experience and ensure a warm and welcoming environment.Responsibilities
- Greet and direct our residents, visitors, and staff, handle questions and concerns efficiently
- Receive emergency calls from residents and staff and dispatch appropriate personnel; page on-call physicians as needed in an accurate and calm manner
- Maintain accurate census information, track status of resident situations, and keep an accurate list of residents who are away and returning
- Manage resident’s list, alphabetically and by resident apartment, and assist with maintaining accurate census information
- Log all resident packages and notify residents of a package pick-up via notice, ensuring all mail is dispatched through U.S. Mail at the end of each day
- Sort and distribute all inter-office mail
Requirements
- Receptionist experience required
- Excellent verbal skills
- Ability to multi-task
