Responsibilities
- Member & Guest Experience- Greet members, athletes, parents, and guests as they enter
- Check members into classes and assist with basic questions
- Maintain a friendly and professional presence at the front desk
- Ensure waivers are completed for new guests
- Retail & Transactions- Process retail purchases accurately using POS system
- Handle basic cash and card transactions
- Keep retail area organized and stocked
- Promote merchandise and basic offerings when appropriate
- Facility Support- Assist with daily cleaning tasks (wiping equipment, organizing racks, tidying lobby)
- Support nightly close-out procedures
- Keep front desk area clean and presentable
- Communicate any issues to management
- Event Support- Assist during special events, camps, and community nights
- Help with check-in and basic coordination during busy traffic times
Qualifications
- Minimum Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with both adults and youth athletes
- Able to follow systems and complete checklists
- Available to consistently work assigned schedule
- Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in retail or hospitality
- Interest in fitness or athletics

Compensation
