About the role

As a Front Desk Associate, you are the first and last impression of the Crunch brand. You play a vital role in creating a high-energy, positive atmosphere while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is performance-based and includes engaging with prospective members, selling memberships, promoting club services, and ensuring every guest and member has an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective members to promote membership options and answer questions
• Sell memberships and provide information on club services
• Promote the Crunch brand through various marketing channels
• Ensure a welcoming and positive environment for all guests and members
• Handle inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Manage cash transactions and ensure accuracy
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements

• Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
• Results-driven mindset and willingness to go above and beyond
• Sales or customer service experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English (a plus)
• Professional, reliable, and coachable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
