Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service
• Verify demographic and insurance information
• Answer phones
• Collect payments
• Maintain accurate electronic records
• Assist with front office operations
• Help keep forms and supplies organized
• Cross-train in other clinic responsibilities
• Jump in wherever needed to support teammates and deliver an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office
• Ability to multitask with ease
• Maintains confidentiality
• Basic computer skills
• Enjoys being part of a collaborative team
• Previous medical office or customer service experience is preferred but not required

Schedule

• Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• No holidays
