Location: Tampa, FL We're seeking a highly organized, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tampa. This is more than a traditional receptionist role. You'll be a key part of the office experience, serving as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and business partners while helping create a welcoming, organized, and productive workplace. What You'll Do As the hub of our busy office, you'll play an important role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a seamless experience for employees and guests. Front Desk & Office Support Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, vendors, and guests.Create a professional, welcoming experience for everyone entering the office.Manage visitor check-in procedures and front-office communications.Receive deliveries and assist with vendor and guest access needs. Meeting & Event Coordination Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and office events.Assist with scheduling, room setup, catering, and event logistics.Ensure meeting spaces are fully prepared and presentation-ready.Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and special events. Administrative Operations Maintain records, documentation, and organizational systems.Assist with purchasing, shipping, inventory management, and expense tracking.Support office processes and help maintain accurate administrative information.Work closely with leadership, facilities teams, and external vendors. Office Experience & Readiness Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.Ensure conference rooms, break areas, and shared spaces are stocked and ready for use.Support office safety and compliance initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve workplace efficiency and employee experience. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 1-3 years of administrative, receptionist, office support, or operations experience (internships and relevant part-time experience considered).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Customer-focused mindset with a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.Experience working in a professional, fast-paced office environment.Experience coordinating meetings, events, or office operations.Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and document management systems.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and grow. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
