Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments by following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and complies with company standards.
- Picks up, moves, and positions merchandise and supplies.
- Organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
- Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures for handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Handles moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracking goods and maintaining inventory levels.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
- Processes defective merchandise and follows company and regulatory policies and procedures for sanitation and food safety.
- Monitors the area for shrink security risks and safety issues.
- Manages inventory by using inventory tools and equipment in a safe and correct manner, and reports poor inventory practices and low instock levels.
- Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe and correct manner, reporting poor or unsafe conditions or practices.
- Proactively identifies customers needing help and assists them with technology services.
- Identifies shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas, taking steps to fix them.
- Maintains and organizes products and ensures they are stocked correctly, promptly fixing any problems.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
