Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hospital hiring managers via JobDiva ATS to identify staffing needs across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Source candidates using Boolean strings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Health eCareers; screen for credentials, licensing, and compliance.
- Conduct interviews, assess fit, manage full-cycle recruitment including credentialing coordination and offer negotiation.
- Build pipelines for high-volume nursing, physician, and allied health roles; track time-to-fill metrics.
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, state licensing, and hospital bylaws.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years hospital recruiting;
- JobDiva ATS experience preferred.
- Deep knowledge of hospital hierarchies, physician contracts, and nursing credentials.
- Proficiency in Boolean search and healthcare CRM tools.
Pay
- Incentive-only: Commissions per successful placement (percentage of first-year salary).
