Freelance Event Producer – Art Week Activation

This role involves overseeing the end-to-end production of a high-profile experiential activation during Miami Art Week, set within a large-scale warehouse environment. The project blends contemporary art, live entertainment, and interactive audience experiences, requiring a detail-oriented production manager to ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex live events or installations, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines. This is a single-project, onsite engagement, offering the opportunity to contribute to a standout cultural event.
