This is a hands-on role, owning projects from brief to live delivery and closeout, working closely with Creative, Client Services, Growth and specialist production partners. Around two days per week will be on-site in Austin, with additional project opportunities across North America.

Key responsibilities

  • Own projects end-to-end, from brief and feasibility through pre-production, build, live delivery and closeout
  • Translate creative into production plans, managing budgets, timelines, schedules, critical paths and documentation
  • Lead suppliers and production, including exhibition builds, fabrication, AV, lighting, technical production, signage, graphics and branded environments
  • Own on-site delivery and logistics, coordinating venues, contractors, staffing, freight, installation, show days and breakdown
  • Manage budgets, risk, quality and compliance, including H&S, supplier negotiations and proactive problem-solving
  • Collaborate across agency teams, bringing production expertise to pitches and ensuring experiences integrate with wider Creative, Influencer, Social, PR, Content, Partnerships and Video campaigns

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years' experience in event production, experiential, exhibitions or event management
  • Strong end-to-end project and production management skills, with experience managing budgets, timelines, suppliers and multiple projects
  • Solid technical and production knowledge, including fabrication, booth builds, AV, content, merchandise and branded environments
  • Excellent client, supplier and stakeholder management skills, with strong negotiation and commercial awareness
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused approach, able to take ownership and work independently
  • Austin-based, comfortable working across US/UK time zones, with approximately two days a week on-site and travel across North America as required
  • Experience in gaming, technology or consumer brands, ideally with major US events
  • An established Texas/Austin supplier network
  • Experience working with global brands and international agencies
