Event Producer & Event Staff (Freelance, NYC)
About the role
Getting There Productions is an NYC-based creative studio for live theater, brand experiences, and launches. We're growing our collaborator network: a pre-approved group of creative and production talent we bring in project by project. First up: a one-night theatrical show at The Cutting Room in NYC on Tuesday, November 17. We need on-site event staff and an on-site events lead, and we're building for everything that comes after.
Requirements
- Producers and associate producers for theater, live events, and launches
- On-site event leads
- Event staff
- Theater and live production crew
- Creative leads and specialists (design, photo and video, AV)
- PR, social media, and marketing pros
Responsibilities
Introduce yourself (two minutes): your work, your rate, and, if you're up for it, a 30-second video. If there's a potential fit, we'll set up an interview. Once you're in, we'll reach out when a project fits your skills, dates, and rate. This is freelance, project-based contract work. Terms and rates are agreed in writing for each project.
