The scope involves inspecting condominium and timeshare properties to inventory commonly owned components and assess their current conditions in preparation for reporting. The consultant will gather field data and photographic documentation, then work alongside reporting staff using a dedicated field app and report software to produce the final study. This engagement suits an Arizona-based AEC professional with a background in reserve studies or condition assessments, particularly across condo, HOA, timeshare, multifamily, or hospitality property types where shared component ownership and long-term capital planning are central to the work.
