Part-Time Leasing Consultant

The Part-Time Leasing Consultant serves as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community, responsible for driving occupancy and revenue performance. Responsibilities
- Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
- Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
- Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion.
- Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
- Achieve and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets.
- Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue.
- Respond to leads quickly with a sales-first mindset.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with prospects to support resident satisfaction, renewals, and referrals.
- Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data.
- Support office presentation and model readiness.
- Assist in the annual turn process and perform market surveys as needed.
- Perform various administrative tasks and assist with move-out/move-in events, including collecting deposits and fees.
Requirements
- Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required).
- Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar.
- Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
- Ability to achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours.
- Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Pay
The anticipated pay range for this role is $16.00 per hour, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
