The Part-Time Leasing Consultant serves as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community, responsible for driving occupancy and revenue performance. This role requires a motivated closer who provides a world-class experience to residents and thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
  • Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
  • Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
  • Achieve and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets.
  • Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue.
  • Respond to leads quickly with a sales-first mindset.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with prospects to support resident satisfaction, renewals, and referrals.
  • Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data.
  • Support office presentation and model readiness.
  • Assist in the annual turn process and perform market surveys as needed.
  • Perform various administrative tasks and assist with move-out/move-in events, including collecting deposits and fees.

Requirements

  • Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required).
  • Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar.
  • Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
  • Ability to achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours.
  • Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Pay

The anticipated pay range for this role is $16.00 per hour, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
