About the Role
Lathrop GPM is seeking an associate with 3–5 years of general litigation experience to join its nationally recognized Franchise & Distribution practice group. Candidates in Minneapolis or Washington, DC are strongly preferred, though we will consider applicants for any of our offices.
The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a strong interest in Franchise & Distribution practice. This position offers continued professional development and support for personal practice growth through client development initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of general litigation experience
- Active bar license in the jurisdiction corresponding with the office to which you are applying, or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible

Pay
The anticipated salary range is $210,000–$235,000. Actual initial salary may be above or below this range based on relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors.
