FR-Test Technician-Terminated FRs

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program and operate test equipment used to verify proper termination and assembly of receptacles
• Perform testing procedures according to work instructions and company standards
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality
• Complete production and testing reports as required
• Place completed items into designated job totes
• Transact M1 operations accurately and timely
• Follow all company quality standards, safety procedures, and production requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Handle parts and assemblies carefully to avoid damage
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Support production flow by completing assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Assist with additional production-related duties as assigned

• Self-starter, able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure
• Comfortable with interacting with multiple levels of organization
• Able to work cross-functionally within organization to accomplish objectives
• Results oriented

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Regularly stand, use hands to finger, handle, for tooling and small electrical contacts
• Occasionally walk, stoop, or crouch
• Regularly lift and/or move tooling and components weighing up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Regularly use close vision for assembly, color vision for quality checks, and depth perception

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Works in a production and manufacturing environment
• May be exposed to machinery, soldering equipment, noise, and standard manufacturing materials
• Appropriate safety equipment and training will be provided
