ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Program and operate test equipment used to verify proper termination and assembly of receptacles
- Perform testing procedures according to work instructions and company standards
- Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality
- Complete production and testing reports as required
- Place completed items into designated job totes
- Transact M1 operations accurately and timely
- Follow all company quality standards, safety procedures, and production requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle parts and assemblies carefully to avoid damage
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Support production flow by completing assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Assist with additional production-related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Self-starter, able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure
- Comfortable with interacting with multiple levels of organization
- Able to work cross-functionally within organization to accomplish objectives
- Results oriented
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Regularly stand, use hands to finger, handle, for tooling and small electrical contacts
- Occasionally walk, stoop, or crouch
- Regularly lift and/or move tooling and components weighing up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Regularly use close vision for assembly, color vision for quality checks, and depth perception
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Works in a production and manufacturing environment
- May be exposed to machinery, soldering equipment, noise, and standard manufacturing materials
- Appropriate safety equipment and training will be provided
