FQM Associate

About the role

As an FQM Associate at LG Electronics, you will analyze market defect indicators to predict future market defects and guide quality improvement efforts, implementing quality planning. You will also comprehensively manage quality costs through analysis and forecasting to optimize quality improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Update and analyze CDR (Customer Defect Rate) indicators
• Prepare and update monthly market defect reports
• Conduct worst detail analysis
• Update monthly company planning reports
• Perform daily CDR monitoring
• Establish quality improvement plans and goals
• Monitor and review quality improvement implementation
• Update and analyze Q cost indicators
• Prepare and update monthly cost closing reports
• Manage IF cost, EF cost, and AP cost
• Establish quality cost improvement plans and goals
• Monitor and review quality cost improvement implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering or a similar engineering/technical field
• Bilingual (Korean-English)
• 2 years of manufacturing quality experience
