Senior FP&A / Strategic Finance Consultant Compensation: $50–$65/hour KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior FP&A / Strategic Finance Consultant to support the FP&A and Revenue teams. This individual will focus on financial modeling, forecasting, analysis, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. Responsibilities Include Build and maintain financial models across revenue, gross margin, cost of sales, headcount, operating expenses, and profitabilitySupport forecasting, scenario analysis, and long-range planningPartner with FP&A and Revenue leadership to understand business drivers and improve forecast accuracyAnalyze revenue performance, margins, productivity, and key operating trendsDevelop ROI and business-case analyses for hiring, growth initiatives, pricing, and other investmentsPerform budget-to-actual and variance analysis and identify key driversPrepare financial analyses and reporting for senior leadershipSupport the CFO and FP&A leadership with ad hoc analysis and projects Qualifications 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or a similar finance roleStrong Excel and financial modeling skills, including experience building models from scratchExperience with revenue forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and profitability analysisStrong understanding of P&L drivers and financial performanceExperience partnering with Revenue/Sales teams and senior leadershipAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStaffing, professional services, or another revenue/headcount-driven business model is preferred Compensation: $50–$65/hour For additional details, please contact Dalton Rolli at drolli@kbwfinancial.com for immediate consideration.
