About the role

The Founding Partnerships Leader will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and brand awareness. This role requires a deep understanding of the sales landscape and the ability to forge long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with company goals
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new partnership opportunities across various industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Manage and grow existing partnerships to ensure mutual success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership initiatives with broader business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform partnership strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or partnership development, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales enablement tools
