About the role
As the founding GTM leader at Trenta, you will build the global sales organization from scratch. You will transform early practitioner enthusiasm into a repeatable revenue engine, landing top-20 audit firms and Fortune 500 accounts. This zero-to-one role offers the chance to define strategy and shape an AI product modernizing a legacy industry.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, landing initial enterprise customers and expanding within top-20 audit firms and Fortune 500 internal audit groups.
- Build the commercial organization from scratch, including hiring top talent, designing repeatable sales processes, and creating the company's first sales playbook.
- Partner with the engineering and product teams to translate customer feedback and market insights into features for the next generation of AI-native audit tools.
Requirements
- Holds a professional certification such as a CPA, CISA, or CIA and has experience in client-facing roles at a Big 4 or top-20 audit firm.
- Demonstrated track record of building revenue from zero as a founding sales hire or within an early-stage B2B SaaS startup environment.
- Strategic leader capable of navigating high-ambiguity environments, moving from hands-on individual selling to architecting a global sales culture and team.
