Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
- Contribute to the shaping of the sales organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a GTM role at a high-growth startup
- Proven track record of securing and closing deals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with AI-driven solutions and compliance automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Passion for using technology to drive positive change in financial services
