Job Description

  • Build and execute a high-volume outbound pipeline using AI-fluent research, sequencing, and multi-channel outreach to qualify contact center leads.
  • Own the full sales cycle for non-defining accounts, including conducting live demos, managing technical scoping, and driving pilot conversions.
  • Formalize the TransVoix GTM playbook by documenting the ICP, building an objection-handling library, and establishing a data-driven CRM process.

  • Direct domain expertise in contact centers, CCaaS, or conversational AI, with a clear understanding of industry-specific budget cycles and buying patterns.

Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
