Job Description
- Build and execute a high-volume outbound pipeline using AI-fluent research, sequencing, and multi-channel outreach to qualify contact center leads.
- Own the full sales cycle for non-defining accounts, including conducting live demos, managing technical scoping, and driving pilot conversions.
- Formalize the TransVoix GTM playbook by documenting the ICP, building an objection-handling library, and establishing a data-driven CRM process.

- Direct domain expertise in contact centers, CCaaS, or conversational AI, with a clear understanding of industry-specific budget cycles and buying patterns.
