About the role
Sirius is an a16z Speedrun-backed startup building AI retention agents for consumer subscription brands. With $3M+ ARR and 75% month-over-month growth, the 5-person team is led by founders who previously built products for 500M+ users and executed the first acquisition inside Telegram.
Responsibilities
- Build the revenue engine from the ground up for a high-growth AI startup.
- Define the sales playbook, identify unconventional distribution channels, and scale impact across global consumer subscription brands.
- Owning the entire sales lifecycle from sourcing to closing.
- Establish the company’s core sales infrastructure, including CRM workflows, sales playbooks, and ICP definitions, to support rapid scaling.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in GTM or sales at an early-stage B2B SaaS or AI company, with a proven 0→1 track record.
- Proven ability to sell complex technical products to growth and retention teams without the support of SDRs or marketing departments.
- Deep instincts for the consumer subscription market and a willingness to work on-site in San Francisco to drive collaborative growth.
