What We Offer

Why This Role Matters

You'll drive growth in a category most couples avoid talking about. Prenups, estate planning, and money conversations are emotionally fraught and deeply personal but incredibly important. Your job is to earn trust and build word-of-mouth and turn it into a repeatable growth engine. You'll own the channels that are critical to growth and brand - referral, community, events, social, UGC, and influencer. Paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta) is already running, so you focus on the higher-craft and creative side of growth.

Qualifications

  • A hands-on growth marketer: 4–7 years running growth at a consumer startup, with a track record of owning outcomes yourself.
  • A brand builder: You've built referral, community, events, creator/UGC, partnerships, or organic social from scratch, and you know which to double down on.
  • Someone who builds with AI: You use AI tools as a genuine force multiplier across research, creative, copy, and analysis, and you're excited to do growth in an AI-native company.
  • Story + measurement: Strong storytelling instincts paired with real measurement discipline — you define the metrics and build the reporting behind your work.
  • High-agency and scrappy: You own outcomes on a small team, move fast, and thrive without a big budget or a playbook handed to you.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, consumer health/wellness, lifestyle, marketplaces, or AI-assistant/consumer-services.
  • A mix of in-house, agency, and/or founder experience.

Location

New York City: we're in the office together five days a week.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: $130–$160K base, plus meaningful early-stage equity
