Founding Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketer to own the editorial direction, customer storytelling, and narrative engine for Simple AI. This person will turn customer conversations, sales calls, founder ideas, product launches, and technical complexity into clear, credible content for enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

• Identify the strongest use cases for customer stories
• Interview customers and internal teams
• Shape the narrative and write the draft
• Coordinate review and turn the story into assets for the GTM team
• Work across sales conversations, campaigns, events, and the website

Requirements

• Experience in content marketing, customer marketing, product marketing, editorial, or a content-heavy startup marketing role
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio of crisp B2B, technical, or enterprise content
• Ability to synthesize messy inputs from customers, founders, sales calls, and technical teams into simple, compelling narratives
• Strong judgment for what makes a customer story credible, differentiated, and useful to a buyer
• Comfortable interviewing executives, operators, and technical stakeholders
• Care about both storytelling and business impact: content should help create trust, accelerate sales, and make the category easier to understand
• Can independently drive multiple workstreams from blank page to published asset

Qualifications

• Experience with AI, contact center, customer support, sales automation, enterprise workflow, or technical SaaS products (nice to have)
• Experience with customer story programs, case studies, executive content, launch content, or founder-led content (nice to have)
• Experience partnering directly with sales teams and turning customer proof into sales assets (nice to have)
• Experience with video, interview prep, scripts, social content, or events (nice to have)

Skills

• Strong taste and judgment for content creation
• Ability to translate complex enterprise AI deployments into narratives that resonate with executives, operators, and technical stakeholders
