Responsibilities
- Define and build the sales function from the ground up
- Identify legal needs for tech companies and investment firms
- Demonstrate a new paradigm of service delivery
- Shape the entire GTM strategy, sales playbook, and pricing models
- Work alongside a founding team from frontier AI labs and elite law firms
- Join as a founding employee with significant equity
- Influence the product roadmap through direct feedback from early design partners
Requirements
- 3-10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably selling professional services or complex legal technology
- A proven track record of building from zero, with the "hustle" required to manage the full sales cycle independently
- Exceptional communication skills and a deep curiosity about legal workflows and the potential for AI-driven transformation
