Responsibilities
- Own the entire pipeline from prospecting → discovery → pilot → close
- Partner with CEO and CRO on deals
- Domestic travel required, approximately once per month
- Base + Incentive + Equity (Pay range includes bonuses)
- Support and mentorship from experienced CRO
- Remote, US-based candidates are OK
- Has GTM experience at seed to series A startups scale from <$1M ARR to $10M+
- AI power-user. You’ll be expected to scale with tokens instead of BDRs
