About the role
We are seeking a Forklift Operator responsible for accurately storing, shipping, and receiving products in both frozen and dry goods warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Utilize ERP systems and RF technology for inventory management.
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, including stacking, relocating, and counting products.
- Unload inbound shipments and store items in designated locations.
- Pick and prepare products for shipment to meet customer requirements.
- Issue and return materials via RF technology to/from work orders.
- Perform inventory checks, ensure stock rotation using FIFO principles, and reconcile variances.
- Maintain a well-organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in forklift operation and warehouse processes.
- Knowledge of inventory control systems.
- Ability to work in cold storage environments (24°F to -10°F).
- Strong organizational skills and teamwork abilities.
- Capable of passing forklift certification training.
