We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. No job title heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. Include sections only if real content. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Job Title: Forklift Operator (but we don't output as heading) - Department: Operations - Reports To: Distribution Manager - Position Type: Part-Time - Flex Schedule: FLEX - Wage: $18.00+ $1.50 Shift Diff/Hourly When Applicable - Benefits of the Position: bullet list: You Choose When to Work..., Flexible Hours..., Work-Life Balance..., Supportive Team Environment..., Career Development... - How It Works: steps (list) - Who We’re Looking For: bullet list: Reliable Self-Starters..., Distribution Skills..., Flexible and Adaptable..., Passionate Team Players... - Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Benefits are only available after completing 1,500 hours in a calendar year. - Requirements: list of abilities (obtain forklift license, use RF scan device, lift 50lbs, etc.) - Ready to Join Us? (call to action) - we should remove application instructions? The instruction says remove application instructions. "Ready to Join Us? If you’re excited to work ... apply today." That's application instruction; we should drop it. - Requirements Purpose of Position: Use of power equipment to load and unload product... (list of duties) - Values and Business Practices: list of values. - Company Expectations: list of expectations (Flexibility, Reliability, Attitude, Willingness to learn, Initiative, Quality Of Work, Follows directions, Communication, Appearance, Safety) - Position Expectations: sub-sections: Position Competency (list), Productivity, Safety, Quality, Initiative (list) - Salary Description: $18.00/Hourly We need to decide which sections to include: About the role? Not present. Responsibilities? Could be "Purpose of Position" and "Position Expectations". Requirements? Yes. Qualifications? Not separate. Skills? Could be part of Requirements. Benefits? Yes (Health/Dental/Vision after 1500 hours). Pay? Yes (wage $18.00+ shift diff). Schedule? Yes (Flexible schedule, FLEX). Could combine. We must not create sections with placeholder text. Ensure we have substantive content. We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags. We'll structure:

    About the Role

maybe? But we have no explicit "About the role" heading. However we can create a section if we have substantive content. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says use those as examples, but we should include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can create sections like "About the role" if we have a description. The posting includes a description: "Job Type Part-time Description Job Title: Forklift Operator ..." plus "Join Our Team: Flexible Part-Time Positions Available!" etc. That could be considered About the role. We'll include an

    About the role

with paragraphs summarizing the flexible part-time nature, etc. Must not invent details; we can use the prose from posting. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details, not just summary. But we can keep them as paragraphs or lists. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. We need to decide what is boilerplate: lines like "Join Our Team: Flexible Part-Time Positions Available!" is not boilerplate; it's part of the posting. "How It Works:" is specific to the app; keep. "Who We’re Looking For:" keep. "Benefits:" keep. "Requirements:" keep. "Ready to Join Us?" is application instruction; remove. "Requirements Purpose of Position" maybe duplicate of Requirements; but it's a detailed list of duties; we can treat as Responsibilities. "Values and Business Practices" maybe not a standard heading but could be part of About the role or separate section like "Company Values". Not in the list of allowed headings but we could still use

for any heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings when appropriate, but we could also use other headings? Probably better to stick to those. So we need to map content to those headings. Let's map: - About the role: includes job type, department, reports to, position type, flexible schedule, wage, shift diff, join our team bullet points, how it works, who we're looking for (maybe part of responsibilities?), but we can include. - Responsibilities: could be "Purpose of Position" and "Position Expectations" (including Position Competency, Productivity, Safety, Quality, Initiative). Also "Values and Business Practices" maybe not responsibilities but could be part of About the role. - Requirements: list of abilities (forklift license, RF scan device, lift 50lbs, etc.) plus maybe "Must have experience and be knowledgeable about Food Safety or willing to receive training in Food Safety." - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements; but we can combine. - Skills: maybe not needed. - Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision after 1500 hours. - Pay: Wage $18.00+ $1.50 Shift Diff/Hourly When Applicable. Also Salary Description $18.00/Hourly. - Schedule: Flexible schedule, FLEX, ability to choose shifts, etc. We must avoid duplication. We'll try to consolidate. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown. Let's craft:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Ready to Join Us?" etc. We removed that. Check for duplicated content: We included "How it works" and "Who we’re looking for" under About the role. That's fine. We included responsibilities list derived from Purpose of Position and Position Expectations. Ensure we didn't miss any details: The posting also had "Values and Business Practices" list: Customer First, respect, dignity, high business ethics, good corporate citizen, value professional relationships, continuous improvement culture, committed to safety. Also "Company Expectations": Flexibility, Reliability, Attitude, Willingness to learn, Initiative, Quality Of Work, Follows directions, Communication, Appearance, Safety. Also "Position Expectations" sub-sections: Position Competency (list), Productivity, Safety, Quality, Initiative. Some of these overlap with responsibilities. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot omit details like Values and Business Practices, Company Expectations, etc. So we need to include them somewhere. We could add a section "Company Values and Expectations" but not in allowed headings. Could we put them under About the role? Possibly as a subsection. The instruction says we should use those headings when appropriate, but we can also add other headings if needed? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. But to be safe, we could incorporate those details into existing sections: Values and Business Practices could go under About the role as a paragraph or list. Company Expectations could go under Responsibilities or About
