About The Role
Provide leadership and direction in forging/rolling operations. Follow established corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines. Deliver consistent results to both internal and external customers.
Qualifications (Required & Preferred)
- Educational requirements: High School or equivalent (R), Associate Degree or equivalent experience (P)
- Experience requirements: 2 years hot mill rolling (R); 3-5 years manufacturing or equivalent experience (P)
- Areas of knowledge: Safety, Health & Environmental (R), Labor Contract (R), Manufacturing (P), Management (R), Haynes Northside Production Operation (P), Lean Manufacturing (P), 5S (P)

Role Responsibilities
- Proactive safety-first attitude
- Ensure compliance to all safety, environmental, AAP & EEO rules, regulations, and laws
- Ensure compliance to plant rules
- Direct daily operations of forge/mill crews
- Follow all SOP’s and QCI’s
- Adhere to the collective bargaining agreement
- Maintain all needed documentation
- Schedule daily work to meet production goals
- Assist supervisors in directing grind/cut operations, filling needed overtime, and maintaining operating supplies
