Patch/Finish Roller Operator

Responsibilities
- Operate the patch roller to smooth and finish the material
- Follow the paving crew to achieve proper smoothness
- Monitor the quality of the finished pavement
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
- Follow all company and job site safety procedures
- Auxiliary with other crew duties as needed
Requirements
- 1+ Year of experience using the Patch Roller
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends when required. (Traveling within and outside of state)
- Strong attention to safety and teamwork
- Must be able to climb on and off equipment and perform physical job duties
- Ability to work outdoors in hot and physically demanding conditions
