Patch/Finish Roller Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate the patch roller to smooth and finish the material.
• Follow the paving crew to achieve proper smoothness.
• Monitor the quality of the finished pavement.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Follow all company and job site safety procedures.
• Absorb other crew duties as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ Year of experience using the Patch Roller.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends when required. (Traveling within and outside of state).
• Strong attention to safety and teamwork.
• Must be able to climb on and off equipment and perform physical job duties.
• Ability to work outdoors in hot and physically demanding conditions.
