About the role
As a member you will gain hands‑on experience restoring the environment, develop your résumé, serve outdoors throughout Washington, and serve on a field crew (5‑member crew + 1 supervisor).
Responsibilities
- Plant native trees & shrubs along streams, rivers & forests
- Support salmon recovery & habitat enhancement projects
- Construct backcountry and urban trails
- Mitigate and restore wetlands
- Clean up marine debris
- Construct bridges, boardwalks, and other trail structures
- Improve campgrounds & parks
- Participate in seasonal spikes, as available
