About the role
We are seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of foreclosure experience, including managing foreclosure cases from referral through conclusion, meeting time-sensitive deadlines, and providing timely updates to clients.
Responsibilities
- Draft documents such as motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- E-filing with various court systems.
- Document recording.
- Maintain client and case files.
- Correspond with and update clients.
- Maintain filing/document system.
- Organize and maintain the group's calendars, provide, and adhere to legal deadlines.
- Organize and archive documents related to completed and ongoing litigations.
- Prepare reports for attorneys.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of related foreclosure experience.
- Broad knowledge of real estate default services.
- Experience in LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, etc. is a plus.
- Superior organizational, research, and writing skills.
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Able to manage a heavy workload independently.
- Confident and comfortable on the phone.
- Works well under pressure.
