Foodservice Equipment Specialist

About the role

Join a growing company as a Foodservice Equipment Specialist, helping commercial customers select the right kitchen equipment and manage projects from consultation through installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers.
• Recommend foodservice equipment solutions based on customer needs and budgets.
• Prepare equipment quotations and proposals.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, consultants, contractors, architects, and internal teams.
• Assist with kitchen layouts, equipment specifications, and project coordination.
• Stay current on equipment technologies and industry trends.
• Manage projects from initial consultation through installation and follow-up.
• Travel within the assigned territory with minimal overnight travel.

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of commercial foodservice equipment experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and applications.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time management abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience reading kitchen plans or equipment layouts.
• Experience working with restaurants, hospitality, education, healthcare, or other commercial foodservice customers.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, architects, consultants, and manufacturers.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $75,000-$85,000
• Performance Bonus/Commission Program
• Total Compensation Potential: $110,000+ annually
