Food-To-Go Cashier Server

About the role

We are seeking energetic and organized individuals who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Food To Go Server, you will be responsible for accommodating guest needs efficiently, ensuring a positive takeout, curbside, and third-party delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, and receiving guests' orders
• Processing payments for food and beverages
• Entering orders and delivering food and beverages
• Participating in Off Premise Dining activities

Requirements

• Previous experience is preferred but not required - training provided
• At least 18 years old
• Background check required for cash handling positions
• Pass Luby's Cashier Certification criteria
• Good organizational skills
• Experience with a Point of Sale (POS) system is a plus
• Open to various work schedules and hours
• Able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds
• Able to stand for extended periods and walk for long distances
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player mentality

Must be able to use hands and arms for prolonged periods, lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds, and stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.
